Payment
We collaborate with Payson (by Svea) and can offer different payment solutions that suit different needs.
The payments we provide are: Invoice, Partial payment, Card payment, Internet banking via Trustly and Swish.
All prices are in SEK and are shown including 25% VAT
All transactions take place securely with Payson (by Svea) which uses the latest technology to encrypt the traffic and no card numbers are saved.
Payment with Payson. Payment is easy and secure with Payson. You do not need to have an account with Payson before in order to pay. Complete the purchase directly with VISA, MasterCard and the Swedish banks Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Länsförsäkringar, Skandiabanken and Sparbanken Syd. You can also choose to pay later on invoice or to pay in installments over 3-24 months. Payson maintains high security requirements and 3D-secure technology is used for all card payments. Payment against invoice
We offer payment against invoice in collaboration with Payson.
Payment terms are 14 days and there is an additional fee of SEK 0. In order to be able to order against an invoice, you must be 18 years of age and be registered in Sweden and be approved in the credit check that is carried out. Companies that pay against an invoice must be registered in Sweden and must pay the invoice within 30 days. The invoice will be sent separately by e-mail to the e-mail address you enter at the time of purchase. In the event of late payment, a payment reminder is sent, whereby a statutory reminder fee of currently SEK 60 is added. We also charge late payment interest of 2 % per month from the due date of the invoice. In the event of non-payment, the case is handed over to debt collection, whereby a statutory debt collection fee of currently SEK 180 is added. Payson reserves the right to refuse delivery in individual cases and to reassess the customer's creditworthiness.

Company invoice
The following applies to customers acting as a business and choosing to pay by invoice ("business invoice").
Credit check: When applying for payment via company invoice, a customary credit check is carried out, which may mean that a credit report is obtained.
Payment terms: The due date and other conditions for company invoices appear on the invoice. In case of invoice payment, the payment must have been received no later than 30 days from the invoice date (or the date shown on the invoice). In case of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 and late payment interest of 2 % per month will be added from the due date until full payment is made.
Transfer: All company invoices will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 ("Svea Bank"). All payments due to the invoice must be made to Svea Bank.
GDPR: When paying via company invoice, the invoice will be transferred to Svea Bank AB and we will then share the company customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the personal data controller for the claims that we have transferred to Svea Bank. Information on right of withdrawal
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us within 14 days (we apply 30 days) of receiving the item. In order for you to use your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in undamaged condition, in the original packaging. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return costs.

In case of payment by invoice, the invoice will be pledged to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634.
Partial payment
Via Payson, we can offer partial payment, for purchases of more than SEK 300, Payson can offer to split your payment interest-free for 3 – 12 months.
For purchases greater than SEK 5,000, partial payment up to is offered 24 months with interest added.
Card payment
You can choose to pay with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro Diners Club or Discover Card in SEK or EUR.
Internet banking via Trustly
Pay with your internet bank if it is one of the Swedish banks Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Länsförsäkringar, Skandiabanken or Sparbanken Syd.
You simply log in and approve the transaction with Mobile BankID at the time of purchase.
For payments by bank, Payson cooperates with Trustly, one of Europe's leading players in bank payments.
Swish payment:
Pay for your purchase directly with the popular payment method Swish. Swish opens automatically on the mobile and when purchasing on another device, you can scan a QR code.
Right of withdrawal
We apply a 30-day right of withdrawal for private individuals on purchases from our webshop www.friluftslivinorr.se by law, you are legally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance shopping
Return
You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us info@friluftslivinorr.se. In your message, your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and within 30 days at the latest.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.
You as the buyer are responsible from the receipt of the product until it is back with us when using returns and complaints, therefore we recommend that you use the original packaging and insure the shipment upon return. Returns must not be sent back before you have received a response from us. Returns must not be sent to an agent.

Warranty and right of complaint
Warranties on the product are provided by the manufacturer, read more about it from the manufacturer of the product. Outdoor activities in the North do not provide any additional guarantees.
Complaints are made in accordance with current consumer purchase legislation. You have a 3-year right to complain according to current legislation. We follow recommendations from ARN.se in the event of a dispute.
All complaints must be approved by us before you can send the product back to us. See the Returns section for info.
Delivery and shipping
Delivery:
Normally takes place within 3-5 working days. Normally, the products are sent the same day the order is received. On public holidays/holidays, the earliest is the nearest working day. We ship to whichever is applicable, Agent or home delivery. In case of special requests for e.g. Home delivery, this must be announced in the checkout message box.

Unclaimed packages
It is you as the customer who is responsible for the correct address and information being given when ordering. You are responsible for picking up packages at agents within the time that applies to layover times with shipping companies/agents.
If the package is not collected, the customer must pay a new shipping fee to receive the item
For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a customer a cost of up to SEK 1,000 including VAT to cover our costs in connection with shipping and handling.
In case of damage/transport damage
In the event of transport damage, this must be reported to the carrier immediately upon discovery and follow their procedures.

Delayed delivery
If we cannot deliver your goods within 3-5 days, we will contact you.

Home loans
We can offer home loans for certain products to customers who want to try them on before buying. In the case of a home loan, we will charge you a cost of SEK 1,000 including VAT.
You are responsible for the return shipping back to us. The shipment must be sent insured to the value of the products as new value. The products must be sent in the accompanying packaging at the time of receipt.
If you decide to buy a Nortent tent from us after the home loan period, the home loan fee of SEK 1,000 will be refunded to you and the cost of the return shipping of the demo set will be deducted from your purchase from us.
BEFORE YOU RETURN TO US
*Hang up the tent and dry it carefully from moisture so we avoid mold growth.
*Wash the tent pegs from soil and dirt, dry before packaging.
*Inspect the tent and note if there are any tears or damage and let us know if you discover anything.
*Ensure that all parts belonging to the tent and tent stove are sent back.
Reservations
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible.
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be posted online on the website. The amended terms and conditions are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
