Price: Price in webshop www.friluftslivinorr.se is added with 25% of VAT, when you buy international (outside EU), the prices are reduced 25% (VAT). we don`t add VAT and taxes to the price when buying international (outside EU) as this is done in the toll office in the buying country. Buyers within EU will be paying 25% VAT in our store, but will not be charged VAT or taxes in their own country toll office.

You have the right to return of a product during 14 days from the date of invoice. In case of a return, the product shall be unused and returned in an unbroken original packing, free from dirt, marking and damages. There should be no signs of use. When using the right of cancellation, the buyer needs to organize the return and directly covers the cost of returning the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to you excluding return shipping cost to us.
Payment: All payments shall be done in advanced and money will be reservated on your bank account, we work with two sets of banks to offer you a prefered payment method. They payment methods are offered by Klarna Bank or Payson, payment methods are: banktransfer, wiretransfer, cardpayment. When we have processed the order, your bankaccount will be charged with the total sum of checkout value. We do not sell to people under the age of 18.
Shipping and delivery: If product/-s is in stock, the Seller shall deliver the good to the Purchaser within a reasonable time frame and no later than 30 days after the order is placed by the customer. The goods shall be delivered to the Purchaser unless other, special arrangements are made between the parties,
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few working days.
In the case of lost or stolen items, we are only able to refund if and when the carrier insurance comes through. Compliance from the customer is necessary in order to get this refund, and may be out of Friluftsliv i Norr`s control
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Product risk: Product risk is assumed by the Purchaser as soon as the item is taken over by the Purchaser or his/ her representative.

Any customer records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, unless compelled to do so by law. If legally required to do so we will divulge them to the appropriate authorities.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail.
We do not store or have any access to credit/debit card details (these are processed very securely and never stored).
Right to cancel
- Unless the contract is exempt from the right to cancel, Purchaser must inform the Seller that he/she will exercise this right within 14 days after the start of the cancellation period. This time limit includes all calendar days. If the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period will be extended until the next business day. The deadline to exercise one’s right to cancel will be seen as met if notice is sent before the end of the cancellation period. The Purchaser has the burden of proof for demonstrating that the right has been asserted, and notice must therefore be submitted in writing (via the cancellation form, email orletter).
